Rubber joints have steel wire ropes embedded in the sealing end faces, so both ends of the reinforcement layer can be wrapped around the steel wire rope loops in the semi-finished product forming, so that they can be fixed to a certain extent. Here, instead of punching bolt holes on the sealing end face, it just forcibly inserts the matching flange into the finished sealing end face flange. When installing, align the matching flange and the pipe flange with the screw holes, and pass the bolts to lock them. The matching flange of the rubber joint is a split type, and the two parallel side walls of the flange connection block are fitted with the straight groove dovetail groove on the flange, and the locking strength is high. Installation features: After aligning the rubber joint with the pipe flange, you only need to circle the two-part matching flange in the rubber joint sealing end flange, insert the pressure block, and then use the bolt to connect the matching flange to the pipe. The flanges can be worn and locked one by one.For large-diameter rubber joints, especially for rubber joints with diameters above DN1400, the structure of the flange splitting is not only flexible, convenient, and labor-saving for installation and disassembly. At times, even transportation and handling are much simpler and more convenient.
