Basic rubber process

1. Basic technological process

With the development of modern industry, there are a wide variety of rubber products, including rubber seals, silicone seals, and fluorine rubber seals. But the production process is basically the same. For products using raw rubber as raw materials, its production process mainly includes: raw material preparation → internal mixing → mixing → cutting → molding vulcanization → burr treatment → overhaul → packaging and shipment.

2. Raw material preparation

The main materials of rubber products are raw rubber and compounding agents. Among them, raw rubber is the basic material, and the compounding agent is an auxiliary material added to improve certain properties of rubber products. In the raw material preparation process, the ingredients must be accurately weighed according to the formula.

3. Tantra

In order to make the raw rubber and the compounding agent mix uniformly, certain materials need to be processed. This process is called banburying.

4. Mixing

In order to adapt to various use conditions, obtain various properties, and to improve the performance of rubber products and reduce costs, different compounding agents must be added to the raw rubber. Mixing is a process in which the raw rubber after banburying is mixed with the compounding agent, placed in the rubber mixing machine, and the compounding agent is completely and evenly dispersed in the raw rubber through mechanical mixing.

5. Cutting

According to the weight and size of the product, cut into strips of different sizes and weights of raw materials to be molded and vulcanized.

6. Molding vulcanization

Put the cut strip raw materials into the mold, and melt the raw materials into the mold through the high temperature of the molding machine.

7. Burr processing

Separate the burrs from the product, which includes manual plucking of burrs and mechanical burrs.

8. Overhaul

Manually select products with poor appearance, which mainly include burrs, dirty molds, unripeness, lack of materials, and blistering.

9. Packaging and shipping

According to different sizes, different quantities are packaged and shipped.
