The rubber waterstop is partially or completely buried in the concrete during the concrete casting process.
Before pouring the concrete, the rubber waterstop should be kept flat at the interface and the joints should be bonded and fastened. Then, the rubber waterstop should be fully poured and vibrated with appropriate force to position the rubber waterstop so that it is in good contact with the concrete. Combine, so as not to affect the water stop
1. During the construction of the waterstop, because there are many sharp stones and sharp-edged steel bars in the concrete, when pouring and positioning the rubber waterstop, attention should be paid to the impact of the pouring and ramming to avoid excessive force. And puncture the rubber waterstop. If any crack is found, it should be repaired in time. Otherwise, when the joint is deformed and subjected to water pressure, the ability of the rubber waterstop to resist external forces will be greatly reduced.
2. When positioning the rubber waterstop, be sure to keep it flat at the interface, and not to let the rubber waterstop roll or kink. If there is a twisting phenomenon, it should be adjusted in time.
3. When casting and fixing the rubber waterstop, the rubber waterstop should be prevented from shifting.
