How To Install Rubber Flooring?

Installing the rubber flooring tiles for gym can be easy if you prepare and make the plan well.Just follow the several points:

1. Preparation Before Installation:

The ground should be flat,clean and level.So in order to have best results,please make sure that you make all pot or holes flat enough.

2. During Installation:

Because the weight and lock will make the mat in place,so you don’t need and adhesive or glue during installation.Meanwhile,we recommend you to use grid offset layout for good grip and variations.The nature of rubber will make it expand and contract in heat during the usage.

After installation,give the edge a kick to make it straight and tight against each tile.The more tightly fixed each tile is,the less space there would be for the tiles to move.

In order to make a perfect tile,we’d like to suggest you to measure the tiles first with the blade as a guide then cut the spare piece off.Please use a sharp blade to cut the edge,otherwise,the edge will be rough.

3. After Installation

As rubber flooring is belonging to durable product,so the maintenance is easy and tractable.You could use some water and simply mop down it.
