The bearing capacity of this series of bearings is 31 grades, and the bearing capacity is 0.8mn-60mn, which can meet the needs of large-scale bridge construction.
In this standard series, the horizontal bearing capacity of fixed bearings and one-way sliding bearings in all directions shall not be less than 10% of the rigid bearing capacity of the bearing. The horizontal bearing capacity of the seismic bearing is not less than 20% of its rigid bearing capacity. When the bearing rotation angle is not more than 0.02rad and lubricated with 5201 silicone grease, the minimum friction coefficient of the room temperature movable bearing is 0.03.
After lubricating with 5201 silicone grease, the minimum friction coefficient of cold-resistant movable bearings is 0.06.
Performance and classification
A. Two-way mobile bracket: It has vertical rotation and vertical and horizontal sliding performance, code name SX.
b. One-way mobile support: It has vertical rotation and one-way sliding performance, code DX.
Fixed bracket: only vertical rotation performance, code gd.
Applicable temperature range
a. Normal temperature bearing: suitable for -25~60~
b. Cold-resistant bearing: suitable for drying -40~60~C, code F.
